Hey— In case you didn't know ... a lot of people are deciding to take complete control of their lives, and begin 75 HARD with me on January 1st ... which is amazing to see. Now, you don't need a Ruck or plate carrier from GORUCK to Ruck... In fact, I have filled my backpack with rocks when traveling ... however, I do use a Ruck most of the time.
