Chaos wasn't the enemy. It was fuel.
Joe here, writing from our Spartan Race Orlando office.

I have spent my career operating under pressure. Farming taught me that plans fail quickly. Wall Street taught me that pressure is constant. Building Spartan taught me that chaos scales with ambition.

None of the failures or setbacks I faced improved when I tried to escape the stress. They improved when I addressed it directly. Stress forces clarity. It reveals what is not working. It demands better decisions.

The Rep You Didn't Plan For

In training, stress shows up as scheduling conflicts, fatigue, or poor sleep. These moments are often labeled as setbacks. They are not. They are the point where adaptation happens. Muscle doesn't grow without stress, and neither does your character.
Week 1: The Standard Has Been Set
We are officially through the first week of Project 300, and the momentum is staggering. To every Spartan who has faced the Baseline Benchmarks, the Run, the Hang, the Plank, and the Burpees and has taken on their mission and week 1 workouts: we see you

It's not easy. It's not meant to be. But you are making a massive difference in your life simply by choosing to start.

Haven't started yet? Jump in. It's not too late to claim your 200 days. All workouts are hosted on Spartan Edge, and the Week 1 is available online now. No more excuses.
