Don’t just go through the motions

Simply showing up isn't enough anymore

Crush The Week
Welcome to Week 7, where the line between complacency and action has been etched in ink. By now, showing up isn't the hard part – it's showing up with intent, with the same fire beneath you that burned insatiably on Day 1. The only difference between now and then? You've grown a bit stronger, can run a bit longer, and have already proven to yourself that you CAN.

The work hasn't gotten easier. You've gotten tougher. Quit now, and you'll have to climb that six-week mountain all over again just to get back to the very spot you stand today. It shouldn't even be a question.

Why Week 7 demands your full attention

The first few weeks were all about teaching your body how to move: safe range of motion, basic positioning, and recovering week-to-week. After six weeks, your body is conditioned to expect the weight of this commitment daily. Now, it's about mastery. Precision. Focused reps. Controlled pacing.

There's no point in showing up if you're just going through the motions. Move like every workout matters this week – because it does. Show up with intent and get it done.

This is what locked in REALLY looks like

You signed up so you would stop negotiating with discomfort and go all in. Luckily, you're surrounded by a community of thousands who want to see you succeed. Check them out on the #Project300 tag on Instagram. This community is where standards keep rising and excuses fall away – and you're already part of it. Use this as a reminder of who you're training against, and who you one day hope to become.

Still on the sidelines?

Project 300 doesn't demand perfection, but it does reward persistence. Every workout from the start of the series is archived and waiting for you to take the next step forward on Spartan Edge. Open the app and lock in. We'll see you there.
