| | | Welcome to Week 11, and congratulations on being the kind of person that actually does what they say they're going to do. That's rare, and you've been doing it for 70 days now. This week, it's imperative that you divert your focus to slowing down and becoming deliberate every day.
Don't rush reps. Don't cut corners. Don't skip that cool down or your weekly mobility session. You might be stronger now, but individual workouts are building blocks to overall consistent fitness, and each session has a purpose. Phoning it in turns progress into maintenance, and – eventually – into the dreaded plateau.
That's not why you came here. Don't let yourself down this week. | | | Standards are high. Keep rising to the challenge. You've made it this far, and you're not alone. But standards are higher here. Quit in the first few weeks and that's expected. Quit when you're already among the few who made it past the hardest part – committing – and have built a habit? You'll really regret it.
Luckily, the #Project300 tag on Instagram is teeming with daily inspiration from your fellow Spartans who are showing up, getting it done, and reaping the rewards of choosing not to coast. Join them now. | | | DECIDE to be great The Project 300 plan exists for a reason. When thoughts of comfort creep in, the schedule keeps you honest. Don't waste another week being your old self. Every workout from Weeks 1-11 is archived and waiting for you to take the next step forward on Spartan Edge. Open the app and lock in. We'll see you there. | | | | |
