These 11 Spirited Away Memes are Brilliant

Hello, anime fans!

The Pokemon 20th Anniversary is in full swing and to celebrate, I decided to dive as deep as I could into the iconic Pokemon: The First Movie and list all of the fun facts I discovered. Funnily enough (also deliberately) I ended up with 20 facts! Did you know the film has a Doctor Who connection?

Speaking of Pokemon: The First Movie, it's been re-released on DVD and Blu-ray in yet another version and now buying the film and getting all the extra features has become even more confusing for fans. Should you buy the new version? (It does feature the film in widescreen finally!) Read my full DVD comparison here.

While I was in the 90s mood this week, I also watched the DVD collection of Digimon Season One. It's been out for a while now but you can read my thoughts on it here (there's actually a bit of a Pokemon connection too).

Finally, I got a bit wacky and collected some of the funniest Spirited Away internet memes I've come across recently. Honestly, the image of No Face with the lady's leg is worthy viewing all on its own.
