The 100-Day Report: Results that shouldn't be possible.

Spartans!

We are 100 days into Project 300.

The concept was simple. Science says it takes 200 days to completely transform your blood system. We decided to take 300 people and push them for those 200 days. That means workouts, Spartan eating, Oura rings, TRX, and total accountability. We wanted to see if we could literally build a new human being from the inside out.

We are at the halfway mark. The results aren't good. They’re un-fXXing-believable!

I’ve had doctors tell me they have never seen anything like this. This isn’t a fitness program; it’s a life program. Here is the raw data from the first 100 days:
  • 93% say they are becoming better versions of themselves.
  • 90%+ are now following through on commitments they make to themselves. Find me a university on earth with that success rate.
  • 87% are in "ridiculous" physical shape.
  • 83% have completely crushed unhealthy habits. We have lifelong smokers who haven't touched a cigarette in three months.
  • 80% report better stress management.

The "Ultimate Drug" is Free

People are always looking for the $20,000 hyperbaric chamber or the $5,000 pill. This is my message to every doctor and policymaker out there: You don't need a bucket of pills to make someone healthy.

You need a mindset. You need a blueprint. And you need a tribe.

Project 300 works because of the Pods. When our coaches backed off, the community stepped up. People became their own coaches. Culture is greater than structure, every single time.

Side Effects May Include...

If this were a drug commercial, the side effects would be: Warning: You will want to quit. It will be hard. You will have to eat celery when you want a beer. But the other side effects? You’re more resilient. You’re happier. You’re nicer to be around. You’re stacking days.

Consistency > Intensity

We’ve learned that duration is less important than consistency. It’s about the "Minimal Daily Dose." Showing up when you’re sick, when you’re stressed, or when life is chaotic. That is how you build trust with yourself.

We have 15 million people across the finish line at Spartan, and we’re just getting started. If you stack enough good days, your life changes. It’s that simple.

A gym membership is a powerful tool, but it only works if you bring the Spartan essentials: water, sunlight, and the unshakable will to do the work.

Are you stacking days, or are you making excuses?

See you at the finish line,

Joe De Sena CEO & Founder, Spartan Race
