Hi Friend,
Last week, I cut through a parking lot to save time and ended up slowing down to photograph a wild morning glory growing up through the asphalt. That's June. You leave the house with a plan, and the plan gets rerouted by flower petals. By the time you get where you were going, you're carrying three things you didn't pick up on purpose: a leaf, a flower someone tucked behind a hat, and the start of an idea.

Finding: The bloom you go looking for.
Sometimes the bloom doesn't find you. You hear there's a sunflower field two towns over and you drive. You take the detour. You park crooked on the shoulder. Our Westerns are the boots for that kind of day. Handmade with contrasting textiles and designs, in a height that works perfectly for summer. Made for a field of flowers, an unpaved road, and a hot sidewalk — without missing a step.

Wandering: See where the art takes you.
Our Caladium jogger has become a favorite for a reason — the photo-real floral artwork is the kind of thing that makes you want to go somewhere. You stop thinking about the heat around mile two and look up around mile four, wondering how you ended up this far from home. Hand-finished, distance-friendly, quiet on the trail but loud in its creativity.

Blooming: A new chapter kind of shoe.
There's a particular slip-on that earns its place at major events like a summer wedding. Dressy enough for the ceremony, comfortable enough for the dancing, distinctive enough to be the thing someone asks you about by the bar. Hand-inked floral designs adorn each pair of handcrafted shoes. Wear them down the aisle as the bride or celebrate the couple by dancing the night away.

"I planted flowers I cannot name. I am going to let them surprise me."

A few things we’re noticing
Wildflower strips along the highway, reserved for pollinators.
People walking slower in June and pretending they aren't.
Growing tomatoes in a bucket, with surprising dedication.

Wishing you light steps, open eyes, and something worth stopping for,
