It's hard to overstate this... I personally oversaw $6 billion worth of U.S. Army contracts, and I've never seen urgency (or a spending spree) quite like this from the Pentagon. Even for the world's biggest military spender, this is “drunken sailor” level. All going to a small universe of public companies.
